looks g8 ... my father flew these from RAF North Coates WW2 DeHaviland Mosquito in British colors

beaufighters and mosquitos coastal command chasing german e boats.. pilots sent to canada and usa 2 be taught how 2 shoot... the speeds of e boats . amazing too

my father said flying at 15 feet at 300mph was the way to go no rules in ww2 or the few years after the war

Howdy gwapo. I guess the props were maybe 3/4 feet above the ground when your dad was flying at 15 feet...?.... The men & women of that time never cease to amaze. There is so much that our current generation doesn't know. I thank him for his service and his skill in the airplane. God bless him and his fellow military mates. Thanks to the poster of this pic.

FYI for all of you...there is a second Mosquito that is now flying. It was restored in British Columbia and had it's first flight in June...here is the hyperlink..
