Paul, this DC-3, N4550J, was sold and exported to the Russian Federation with its FAA registration cancelled on 20 Sept 2016.
I know Cliff, I was looking through my Oshkosh photos from 2015 and somehow missed it when posting my 2015 photos so I thought it was a good photo and the photo of it lifting off and posted them. About a year or so ago I started checking the FAA website because in my description, I like putting the exact year and model of the aircraft.
Not to worry, Paul... she's still a beauty and your photo capture is "5" stars!!!
