Beautiful shot...love the B-17! My father-in-law was the copilot in one that was shot down over Italy on his very first mission.

There aren't many flying B-17s, period. Around 12 or so.

Beyond the picture, all my respect to this LADY and her crews.. also for the rebuilding crew.
I flew personnaly on the Pink Lady..now in museum as well ..unfortunatly
