Appears to be Rush Limbaugh's Gulfstream V.

I agree about it being Rush's jet, but it is a G550. You can tell because it has seven windows, no wipers on the windscreen, and the EVS window is below the pointy end of the radome. His logo on the vertical stabilizer also kind of gives it away. I wish we could track it, but I understand his reasons.
